Energy law and hydrogen regulation form the doctoral research branch of Mensur.
This research field focuses on European energy regulation, renewable hydrogen, the internal energy market, regulatory design, infrastructure, unbundling, third-party access and implementation challenges.
The aim is to connect doctrinal legal analysis with broader questions of governance, infrastructure, environmental transition and regulatory clarity.
